AsiaMedic and Eternami launch Singapore longevity service
The service combined health screening and diagnostics with personalised programmes spanning fitness, sleep, nutrition and mental wellbeing. Physical trainers were included in a multidisciplinary team providing ongoing coaching and follow-up.
AsiaMedic and Eternami announced the launch of Eternami @ AsiaMedic on Nov. 4, bringing personalised longevity and health-management services to AsiaMedic’s screening and medical-imaging centre at Shaw House in Singapore. The collaboration linked health screening and advanced diagnostics with personalised programmes, professional coaching and ongoing health management, according to the announcement.1
The service offered programmes across nutrition, weight management, physical activity and fitness, sleep and mental wellbeing, based on individual needs and professional assessment. Its multidisciplinary team included dietitians, nutritionists, physical trainers, health coaches and sleep specialists, while regular coaching and follow-up were intended to review progress and refine plans.1
Assessments could include maximal oxygen uptake tests and body-composition analysis, and an artificial-intelligence-supported platform was designed to track health information and biomarker trends between visits. For trainers, the launch showed physical-activity support being integrated into a longer-term health-management service alongside diagnostics, nutrition and sleep services.1
