Municipal Gym plans Las Vegas club with recovery services
Municipal Gym planned a 32,064-square-foot Downtown Summerlin club for early 2027, pairing training space with recovery services, a café and retail. The reported recovery lineup included cryotherapy, red-light therapy, a cold plunge, infrared sauna and massage chairs.
Municipal Gym’s first club was planned for Downtown Summerlin in early 2027, CLAD reported on Nov. 2. The 32,064-square-foot facility was planned to bring together training, recovery, a café and juice bar, and retail and apparel.1
The reported training offer included strength and cardio equipment, indoor and outdoor workout spaces, and a full-body circuit area called the 4 Club. Municipal Gym listed red-light therapy, cryotherapy, hydrotherapy massage, a dry cold plunge, infrared sauna and massage chairs among its recovery amenities; its official FAQ also listed compression boots and a eucalyptus steam room.1,2
