WHOOP announced integrations with Peloton and Zwift on October 28, 2026, saying they connect its health insights with platforms members already use to train.1

Members can connect Peloton and WHOOP accounts so Peloton workouts sync automatically to WHOOP and contribute to personalized insights about how training affects how they feel and perform. Zwift workouts can also sync to WHOOP, and the Zwift Companion app displays a member’s daily WHOOP Recovery score to inform personalized training recommendations.1

For trainers, the links may give clients who use these platforms an additional way to connect workout tracking with recovery information and personalized recommendations.1
