Motorola watch adds Polar sleep, recovery and breathing tools
Motorola announced the moto watch 2 fit/moto watch fit 27 with Polar-powered sleep and recovery measures, breathing exercises, and fitness tracking. The watch was set to start at €119 and reach selected markets in the coming weeks.
Motorola announced the moto watch 2 fit/moto watch fit 27 on Nov. 5, with fitness and wellness tools powered by Polar. Motorola said the watch would track sleep quality and measure recovery from the prior day through its Nightly Recharge feature.1
It also included Serene, a breathing exercise with real-time biofeedback, and a sleep score based on time in different sleep stages. Other Polar tools covered activity goals, movement scores, workout intensity and running fitness.1
Motorola listed a starting price of €119 and said the watch would reach selected regions in the coming weeks. The sleep and recovery measures give trainers another consumer wearable they may encounter when clients discuss rest or training data.1
