Orange Belt Collective plans St. Petersburg endurance training hub for 2027
The nearly 10,000-square-foot project was targeting a summer 2027 opening, with four training areas and recovery amenities.

St. Pete Rising reported a summer 2027 target for Orange Belt Collective at 1501 Burlington Avenue North in St. Petersburg. Plans called for nearly 10,000 square feet, a public café and an outdoor gathering space.1
Four areas were planned for weightlifting, plyometrics, yoga- and Pilates-based mobility, and indoor cycling and cardio. Instructional classes would teach technique, and members could train independently.1
A separate 1,400-square-foot building would add showers, lockers, bike storage and recovery space. Plans went to the city in late September; owners hoped to begin demolition and renovation in November, subject to approvals.1
