Nord Gyms planned a December opening for a private training site on Crouch End’s high street, HAL News reported. The North London facility was set to combine personalized coaching with contrast therapy.1
Planned features included Eleiko strength equipment, conditioning gear, a saline sauna and cedar and steel ice baths. Recovery was included in every membership and drop-in session, the report said.1
The facility was intended to give Nord’s existing personal-training clients a new base, alongside new members and drop-in visitors. For local trainers, the plan paired coached training with recovery in one facility.1
