Applied Nutrition published a guide for GLP-1 medicine users on Nov. 8, covering protein, fibre and hydration.1

The company said protein and regular resistance training could help people maintain muscle during weight loss. It highlighted its Creatine + Energy mix, which contains 10 grams of creatine monohydrate per stick.1

The guide advised people taking prescription medicines to check with a prescriber or pharmacist before adding supplements. It said activated charcoal in its Digest Capsules could reduce absorption of some medicines taken by mouth.1
