24 Hour Fitness plans Founders Club in Summerlin

24 Hour Fitness announced on Oct. 30 that its new Founders Club would open in Summerlin in early 2027 at 9200 West Sahara Avenue. The company described the project as a $10 million investment, including more than $1 million in recovery equipment.1
The announced layout included 25,000 square feet for free weights and strength training, 12 platforms and a turf area for functional training. The recovery lounge was to include hyperbaric chambers, massage chairs, cold-therapy wave chairs and red-light saunas, while the group studio was slated for Pilates, yoga, Zumba and BODYPUMP classes.1
Founders membership registration was set to begin in November 2026, with pre-opening rates from $59.99 to $99.99 per month.1
