HUMN plans 32,000-square-foot Denver fitness, coworking and recovery club

HUMN signed a lease for a fitness and wellness club at 1675 Broadway in downtown Denver. The club is planned to span about 32,000 square feet across three floors and open in summer 2027.1

Plans call for cardio equipment, free weights, strength machines and space for group fitness classes. Members are also expected to have access to locker rooms, a sauna and a longevity hub with suites for health practitioners.1

The ground floor is expected to include coworking space and a coffee area. The company described the concept as bringing work, training and recovery together in one place.1
