Bild Health launches an app to track muscle-related measures for GLP-1 users
Bild Health launched an app for GLP-1 users with lean-mass-based protein targets and tracking for food, workouts, and body composition. Its free app syncs with health platforms, while a paid tier adds meal estimation and reporting features.

Bild Health said it launched its app on the App Store and Google Play on Oct. 27 for people taking GLP-1 medications who want to retain and build muscle while losing weight. The company said the app sets a daily protein target based on a user's lean mass, logs protein, water and workouts, and tracks fat and lean mass separately.1
The free iOS and Android apps sync with Apple Health and Health Connect and include reminders for injectable and oral GLP-1 medications; a Pro plan costs $59.99 a year and adds an AI protein estimator, DEXA scan import and a PDF health report.1
For trainers, the launch is relevant because it packages protein, workout and body-composition tracking in a product designed specifically for GLP-1 users, though Bild Health said the app provides education and tracking, not medical advice.1
